The Scrub Coach™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. If you believe that material available on or through The Scrub Coach™ website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to us.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
To submit a copyright infringement notification, please send a written notice to sky@thescrubcoach.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
Your notification should include the information required by applicable copyright law, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the specific URL or other location on the website.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and evaluate the claim. Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay our ability to respond.
What Happens After a Notice
After receiving a notification that complies with applicable law, we may review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Where appropriate, we may notify the person or entity responsible for the material about the claim and provide information concerning the notice.
Nothing in this policy requires The Scrub Coach™ to remove material solely because a notice has been submitted. We may evaluate the validity and completeness of a notice and take action consistent with applicable law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may have the right to submit a counter-notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
A counter-notification generally must include the information required by applicable law, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notification, as required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate and at our discretion, The Scrub Coach™ may restrict or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Good-Faith Submissions
Please submit copyright notices and counter-notifications only when you have a good-faith basis for doing so. Knowingly submitting materially false claims or representations may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
